Wine Review - Chateau Grande Cassagne, Costieres de Nimes, Rose 2004
This summer has been unreal – this 90 degree heat just wears on you. About the only good thing about this weather is that I get to enjoy pink wine (the dry kind, not that sweet, treacly stuff). Not that I couldn’t drink the pink stuff during the fall and winter, but Rosés are just so crisp and refreshing that it takes your mind off the stifling heat, at least until you finish your glass. |
